A quiet breeze blows softly along,
A gentle stream drifts slowly by.
A bird is singing a simple song,
And he never wonders why?

Why does the wind blow?
Why does the river drift?
Where does the river go?
Why does the breeze shift?

Questions like these are left unanswered,
The Bird cares not what the answers are.
All He cares about is making his song heard,
and that the wind will carry his song far.

I ask myself “how can he lead such a simple life?”
“How can he be content just to sing and to fly?”
“How does he live without strife?”
“How does he just live as the days go by?”

I realize the questions all have one answer 
The answer is that God is in control
and therefore there is no need for questions.
