At the Wishing Well, by The Space Between Subscribe to rss feed for <font color=The Space Between">

One moment, one lie, one wish
You throw the penny in
Will it to come true
Then cry when it never begins

Hold your hopes so high
Don't think about what's real
Just pretend for now
It's better than trying to deal

"I wish I may, I wish I might..."
You've said it a hundred times
But this time will be different
Such pretty lies

a sad way to live one's life... just wishing it a way in the end. i like the solemn and desolate feel to this. it's like the only thing that exists in this world is this wishful person and this well and nothing else.
