Hope Everlasting, by HangmanTheory Subscribe to rss feed for HangmanTheory

Usually I have all the right words,
But now they seem to be lost.
To lose you now, I can’t afford,
I’d surrender for you any cost.

For days now you say you don’t know anymore,
I wish I knew so I could help you…
I want insight to the core,
But that gift is only given to few.

Right next to me I wish you would appear,
As you did last night in my dream.
But no sooner than you came, you disappeared.
Hope is at a loss it seems.

Let’s put on my happy mask;
A scary thought indeed.
I’ll try to live out life, a meaningless task,
As of now your happiness is all I need.
