You're Wrong, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

You've got it wrong,
And that's not just my opinion,
It's not just my view,
Because I'm the only one,
Who can say what is true,
It's not for attention,
Not a point to be made,
Not a cry for help,
Or a game to be played,

You've taken my happiness and locked it behind bars,
Can you see these?
Can you see these scars?

I'm trying to find will,
To fight against the need,
But to you,
It's all a show of greed,
You've got it so wrong,
The truth is twisted around,
My life's not 'perfect',
Don't you see we stand on the same ground?

You've taken my happiness and locked it behind bars,
Can you see these?
Can you see these scars?
