Words, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

Another misunderstanding,
To demagnetise our friendship,
Blame is all carbon dioxide,
What's lying in the middle of the street?

Many memories of light,
Are disintegrating slowly,
Futures are unascertained,
Can you only hear your own heartbeat?

I'm moving only for hope,
Insisting that content awaits ahead,
But all I can see is letters,
And all I hear is things you've said,
Meaningful black lines,
Leave my conscience slurred,
Time cannot define,
The hurt of simple words,

Mistakes are commanding,
Regret refuses to slip,
A sigh for every time I lied,
Is this isolation complete?

Laughter ripped from sight,
Personality's never been viewed so lowly,
Release is thickly curtained,
Have you obscured your own deceit?

All I tried to do was cope,
But you replaced that with suffering instead,
An open wound will never get better,
You provide the salt that I dread,
I'm compacted by your confines,
Fantasy is becoming blurred,
Time won't undermine,
The hurt of simple words.
