Moon Sky Stars and Earth, by Austin Hoehn Subscribe to rss feed for Austin Hoehn

moon, stars, earth and sky
these are what tell no lie,
that surrounds my mind with
wonderment of the passing time,
there is nothing that makes me
more happy then the light that the moon
sheds through the dark and mysteries night,
or the stars that twinkle so bright in their steed fast
light,
though the sky it’s self is something that I also wonder
about,
the vastness of the sky that combines with the earthly
ground that we are trampling down,
its so big and complexes
and its been here so long
way before man came along,
so it makes me wonder why
we end up causing it so much harm,
for it is not dependent on us but we are dependent on
it, and we treat it, and we use it, unlike we would treat
our most precious treasure,
we abuse the plants, and pollute the air and sky, which
makes holes in
the ozone, which protects us from the radiant raising sun,
we harm and danger the existence
of plenty,
plants, planets, and animals, and more,
which were all here before we were even born,
I never have seen how we think we are so grandly
powerful, and great,
even when
we kill everything
faster then it’s growing
rate
and the things that are most affected by our
selfish actions
are the animals,
we don’t think the animals
have feelings, hopes and dreams
just because they cant communicate like we do,
and that they don’t live like we do,
but they still think and feel pain
like we do,
you never know they could be angels
sent to earth
to see if we are doing our helping part
and if we are learning, and growing,
and following our hearts,
so just next time
you throw away some paper or
plastic,
ask your self this
are you doing your part?
