rugged and torn
the cover fraying
the spine well worn
and old duotang
my best friend
to ease the pain.

everywhere it's been
to hell and back
and back again.

the pictures carefully clipped
cut, glued, sececured.
careful writing
the written word
fat fuck
you're fucking absurd.

all the goals
to come
and to pass
and past
all the worries
the thoughts
the drama
and hate
and the little bit of
self love.

oh duotang
how to take away the pain.

so proud of the glitter
glue and stars
the stickers
the marks.

a possession never shared
becuase unlike you
there is nobody
who ever relly cared.

they would mistake
the love inside
for fear
and problems.
but alone at night
we have good times
i read you cover to cover
and add something new.

my goal in life
is to never complete you.
they'd never suspect
what lays between the covers
they've never forget
and oh how i'd regret.

i appreciate you,
through and through
but you're a litte secret
a secret that
normal poeple just dont get.

xoxo
