Tide, by honesty_kills Subscribe to rss feed for honesty_kills

shes lost again
diving straight into the deep end
too far under for anyone to save
taken away from her friends
by an evil wave
an undertow so strong
that she can only destroy.
grey skies hang over
a lonely sandy beach
as we all watch
sadly
helplessly
as the tide kidnaps one of our own
and steals her away.
we cannot swim that fast to her side
nor are our lifejackets strong enough
not even a lifeguard can rescue her.
she can only rescue herself.
we can no longer reach her hands
shes too far down
too deep for us to go
we cannot leave the safety of
these shallow waters
or else we will become
a victim of the tide.

**come back to us michelle.**

I really like it, its so deep, and there is ambiguity about it.
