It's Your Move, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

My blood is on fire,
We're both being liars pretending nothing's astray,
But you and I both know it,
When we smile we even show it yet we continue every day,
It's written on your face,
We're standing in one place and I don't want to stay,

I can't keep hurting this way,
Why don't you take a chance?
Is there something you should say,
So that we can dance?

I'm dizzy and I'm blushing,
God my head is rushing and it's out of my control,
Through eyes of glowing blue,
I'm watching my effect on you as we're consumed whole,
It's not the first time you've cared,
Maybe you're just scared we'll get pulled under the waves
roll,

I can't keep waiting for your move,
It's suffocating me,
There's not much left for us to lose,
Or is that too hard to see?

I can't keep hurting this way,
Why don't you take a chance?
Is there something you should say,
So that we can dance?
