Contemplating, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

You whispered to these quiescent feelings,
Transcribed my dreams into my diary,
And despite the poisoned parchment,
You didn't turn away from me.

It's difficult to please me,
But baby you find it easy,
       And through each ominous complication,
I held your hand as motivation.

Your eyes are gleaming diamond facets,
Immeasurably valuable to me,
Shining worth into this oxygen,
Blurring the shadows that I still see.

I could fight this new desire,
Or throw gunpowder on the fire.
       I'm allowing contemplation,
           So hold onto this situation.

_Ostracised, exploited, contempted.
__Despised, ignored, and exempted.
_Dismayed, dejected, deprived.
__Repaid, elevated, and revived.

Unfiled hurt lies on my desk,
So angel... let's coalesce.
