i never said what's needed to be said, by Chelsey Subscribe to rss feed for Chelsey

daddy come rescue me
hold my hand as we walk along
i miss your comfort, your being home
asking about my day when things go wrong

daddy come get me out of this place
come rescue your little princess from her living hell
be my knight in shining armor
get me out of this 'fairy tale'

daddy your absence has affected me bad
there's cuts on my arms and stitches on my wrists
my memory comes back every once in a while
like a girl who's received her first kiss

daddy these tears keep falling from my cheeks
no matter how hard i try they just won't stop
i'm living inside my dreams dad
you're little girl's on a never ending drop

daddy i didn't want to write these letters
i didn't want to say what's done been said
"mr. hix sir? sorry to tell you"
"...but your little girl is dead."
