Head in the Clouds, by Lovesick and Sick of It Subscribe to rss feed for Lovesick and Sick of It

I sat there in your arms
They left
We talked, we laughed
Like we always do
It was just you and me
So happy together…

I could have had it
That kiss
Just leaned over
And pressed your lips to mine
Would that have been weird?
Would that have been perfect?
Would that have led to something more?

Quixotic fool
What are you thinking?
He was down the hall
You could have been caught
You’re far too young
That would have been too soon…

Oh well.
I can still dream
