Just A Show Pony, by FarmGirl Subscribe to rss feed for FarmGirl

I'm the envy of my friends,
Because I look so smart,
But what good is all of that,
When your owner has no heart?

My feed bin's always full,
I'm fit and not in pain,
I'm always impeccably groomed,
So I guess I shouldn't complain.

But I'm really just for show,
For all her friends to see,
She really doesn't care,
A single bit for me.

I've all the lastest gear,
I'm always properly rugged,
I'm in no way neglegted,
I just wish that I were loved.
