Greyscale, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

The leaves are grey,
shadowed veins shoot through them,
dangling from midnight branches.

The poisoned earth rapidly consumes
the acidic light blaring from hollow skies,
a ragged black blanket spread beneath.

Furious despair whispers loudly
from these dark eyes,
Colour has forgotten me.
