shattered pieces
no longer whole
even though battered
once made my soul.
without you here
my heart grieves
that i am strong
i no longer believe.
all the pain that i feel
no one will know
as my tears stream
and my blood starts to flow.
i know that it's selfish
but it's to late
because when you left
you made this my fate.
