Boredom, by Lifesangel Subscribe to rss feed for Lifesangel

Sat talking to the same four walls
Discussing yesterdays topics today
The same dreary attire
Their lifeless eyes on me once more.

Shifting my focus to the only window
I think it’s ironic how the weather
Sums up my whole life in one
Dark grey blocking the summer sun.

Even the cats look pretty much dead
Offering not even the slightest twitch
For my brain to pounce upon
Whilst we are stuck united in boredom.

I’ve come to the conclusion
That I am merely a ghost
Cursed to replay this scenario
For a bloody eternity.
