Precious Heaven, by Craney Subscribe to rss feed for Craney

I don't want be in heaven where I feel like hell
Where I have to follow always what the others tell
Where opinion of mine doesn't cost a dime
Where I'm frigthened all the time for the soul of mine

Struggling every single moment, praying day by day
Stressed and broken, always wonder: Where is Godly way?
My complains oh dear forbidden, and I can not tell
That I want to leave that "heaven" where I feel like hell

Then, I came to you My Father and you understood
Your support was so delightful and I knew "You are good"
You have never given up on the wretch like me
I might look so funny Lord when you talked to me

Real meaning of the heaven stood in front of me
And in that so precious moment I felt I was free
I was happy I was laughting praising Holy God
So, if I should come to heaven, I will be so glad!

I like this poem. It's words are very profound! No one wants to be in a church or any group where they feel like Hell. Heaven is the Home of God and He wants us to enjoy his home when we go there. We practice here to learn enjoyment and respect so that we will know without doubt how to use it when in the presence of God and Heaven. Finally, You learn at the end of this poem that The only presence (God's) is what makes it Heaven...anyway that is my idea and perception today. Your poem is very good please keep writing. Capristar
