Her Silent Tears, by Simply-Me-20104 Subscribe to rss feed for Simply-Me-20104

 There's a girl
And she's crying
 Deep down, her
Spirit is dying
 She cries, but
They're silent tears
 A lonely heart
The pain, the fears
 Alone and afraid
Tired and weak
 No one to listen
If ever she speaks
 If you saw her
You wouldn't know
 Her silent tears
They never show
 Chipper and bright
A smile you see
 On the outside
For you and me
 But, each night
Before she sleeps
 You wouldn't expect
Her silent weeps
 So no one listens
And no one hears
 The pain behind
Her silent tears.

I can totally relate. It's so eloquently written that it makes it easy to connect to and understand. Great work. Love it.
