Darkness Falls, by Anthony Cardon Subscribe to rss feed for Anthony Cardon

I love the wind and how it whispers so kindly to those who
listen.

But, only those who care to stop by the corner

Could possibly comprehend the world that lingers beneath
them.

The air twirls around the world, all the humans who live
within it.

A man sits in his seat,

Deeply devouring a hidden book.

The mysteries that hide beneath the lies only came with
age.

And the rest of us wear ourselves out like water droplets
exposed to a hot and energetic atmosphere as they shake and
whither.

Death approaches

And the clock ticks.

Tick.

Tick.

Tick.

Death do us apart

And even infinite knowledge is ultimately possible.
