Nightfall, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

This is it.
This is
the end.
There is no sunset,
there is no sun.

Forbidden lovers
  exposed.

Insides shredded
with pain.
No more delaying,
no more denial,
no more
hope.

  Only blackness
as the vultures settle
on my carcass
and tear at my heart.

"These arteries
must seperate.

You don't belong to us
anymore,
sweetheart.

Take your lies,
your deceit,
your betrayal
and get gone.

Drown in the abyss
of abandonment,
  we disown you."

Cold dreams of knives,
how do I keep breathing?
But I couldn't leave him
behind.

This is it,
  this is the end.
There is no nightfall,
there is no night.
