To The Zoo, by Patty Bokern Subscribe to rss feed for Patty Bokern

My favorite place to visit
My favorite thing to do
Is pack up my family
And go to the zoo!

I can see the big cats
Like the leopard and lion.
They can roar mighty loud
And I’m not lying!

I like the zebra stripes
I think they’re really neat.
Black and white, black and white
From their head to their feet.

I like to hear the elephants
Trumpeting a blast.
And watch the crocodiles
Swimming oh so fast!

The giraffe has a long neck
It reaches way up high.
It lets him eat all the leaves
That he can spy.

The rhino and the hippo
And now we’re almost done.
Our day at the zoo
Was really, really fun!
