Sunspots., by BurnsLikeAThousandScars Subscribe to rss feed for BurnsLikeAThousandScars♥

When my sight goes from black to blue,
The shape of the sun is covering you,
Even when I shut my eyes so tight,
I can still see the shape of the light,
I blink plenty several times,
Still I see the suns bright lines,
Always before me in front of you,
Is a light blocking my eyes view.

Spots in front of my eyes,
Stop me from seeing life,
Stop me from staring at you,
Sunspots that I cant see through.

And though I cannot see you at all,
I still can feel you slip and fall,
But because I can barely see,
Even though you’re in front of me,
I can’t help you up to your feet,
I hate these spots I beg I plead,
For them to leave to fade away,
But they stay there day by day.

Spots in front of my eyes,
Stop me from seeing life,
Stop me from staring at you,
Sunspots that I cant see through.

When I look straight at your face,
Happiness is always the case,
But there is a purple spot in the way,
Thankfully it slowly starts to fade,
The suns shape begins to clear,
And now again I can see you tears,
Across my face a smile breaks,
My heart can finally stop its ache.

Spots in front of my eyes,
Stop me from seeing life,
Stop me from staring at you,
Sunspots that I cant see through.
