The first in a year since Ive seen her
Oh how I've longed to have a glance
of that lively face I so vividly recall
Oh how I've longed for another chance

Her back is as I remember
Long hair pulled to one side
And that bag I gave her two years before
My happiness I cannot hide

Ah, she turns and it feels eternal
Like the world has paused for too long
I'm desperate to see her face again
But whats that? Something is wrong

The bright face I used to cherish
is replaced by a porcelain doll
Her delicate smile I remember so well
is replaced with no emotion at all

Our eyes meet and I'm burned
by the raging heat of her glare
I cannot stay and watch her
Her hatred I cannot bear
