As another precious life is swiftly taken away,
Deep depression and sadness falls upon the ones who cared
the next day,
People always wonder how this could have happened deep in
the back of their minds,
They wonder how a life could be taken by one being, in such
a short amount of time,
How can event so effective, happen without the smallest clue
or sign,
This occurrence has left us so scarred, and all of us are
now in an emotional bind,
And yet as we all gather together to help each of us make it
through,
Still a bit of sadness dwells within our hearts, and we’re
confused about what to do,
In such an inflicting hardship, we try to solve our problems
inside of our thoughts,
Life we continue to fight through, and a tough battle so far
we have so courageously fought,
Even in complete pitch black darkness, the smallest ray of
light can eliminate and help us see,
For time heals all, even though it cannot change the past or
let us view the future about how our world will be,
We try, try, and try to continue to pursue happiness,
Our goal we may have not yet reached, but giving up on this
pursuit is madness,
If you are some one who may not know the person we pray
for,
Still share your prayers with us and help us all know the
spirit of that life has walked through heaven’s door,
Help comfort and convince us to be grateful and appreciate
what good has come in this complication,
And if what we have seen is fate, then we all still have a
destination,
A place to reach, hoping this accomplished goal we someday
will make, will make our lives better,
We will always pray and remember our loved ones, and make it
through together,
Please never disregard or forget the people that matter the
most,
Even if your life is going in the wrong direction, there is
always some one that cares and will help lead you like a
coach,
I think about this with twisted and disturbed emotions
locked inside my chest,
At the thought of an unforgettable death, I look up at the
sky in memory, wondering if this life is a test,
And it makes me curious of how others feel, as they are
crowded around me,
I wonder if they feel what I feel, and see what I see,
I realize times are hard, but events that have occurred are
true,
Difficult it is to withstand and take, and we all still feel
a little blue,
Even though the one who perished may not want us sad,
It is hard not to feel sad at a loss that was so bad,
And yet we still stand and live in a way as one,
We our now being watched by her and by others as we move on
under the sun,
This existence that has now left us doesn’t want us to
dread on what has occurred,
But wants us to continue happily with our lives is what Jodi
refers,
She has moved on and wants us to enjoy what we have left,
Even though it’s tough we shall do our best,
Alone some of us very well feel and it seems independently
we don’t know what to do,
But alone we are not, and if we are more optimistic about
what has yet to happen, and then united we shall stand and
together, we can all help each other make it through!!!
