Lonely, by Danny Wilson Subscribe to rss feed for Danny Wilson

Nobody wants to be lonely
If your Lonely and need to be cared for
That the ache and pain is there evermore
You feel its now the end of the line
Nobody understands they listen, yet do not hear
The cry for help is it because outside You look fine
Inside your heart churns and you are in fear
Of losing all those who you hold so dear
If only you could release those feelings held inside
To open up and never mind your pride
Then perhaps once again the sun will shine
and then once more your life becomes devine
It sounds so easy to do just that
But not when your treated like a mat
To be trod on ignored and treated like mud
Brings back all of those feelings with a thud
You have to have been there to understand why
its enough to make a grown man cry
So the next time your asked to listen please do
As this so easy could be you

wonderful description. it is very true to the real thing. Thank you for your comments on my poems as well. the two you had commented on were very emotionally linked to how i was struggling at the time of writing them. I look back now to think I have grown as a person quite a lot since then.
