New Years Eve 2008, by Lillian Subscribe to rss feed for Lillian

After everything you put me through,
Just leave me alone why don't you?

Every bit of news about you I hear,
Is how you constantly consume your vodka and beer.

You tell people about it that you know will tell me.
I guess they forgot to tell you I don't care, honey.

I know I used to save you from yourself,
But now you need to find somebody else.

I realize I did it happily for such a long time,
But it was fall when I quit calling that job mine.

Stop telling my sister and her friends about it.
And quit starting rumors to make me look like shit.

I'm sorry you're depressed and sad.
You should've thought about how you might feel like that.

But you didn't think- I paid the price.
And I'm over that now, so let me get on with life.
