Hopeless and Helpless, by BrokenButterflyWings Subscribe to rss feed for BrokenButterflyWings

Tears burn her eyes
streaking her porcelain face with red
I reach out to help her
to hug her

She turns away
My own waterfall springing forth,
hotly spilling down my face

My help is not wanted
She goes to another
He holds her, I've lost

My will floods away,
stealing away hope in its wake
Never have I been so helpless
