Confided In You, by LostSoul Subscribe to rss feed for LostSoul

If I smile will you believe
Or will you see my heart on my sleeve
Leave me here to bleed, another point of deceive

I've fallen, and I cannot hide
Deep down I've already died, confided in you my guide
Will I be torn and tied, thrown into the abyss of at least
tried
My heart I long to confide with you by my side
My eyes wide open ready for the ride
Longing to be with you, throwing away my doubts aside

Or will you leave me here alone
My deepest darkest fear, I've always known
Stranded on my island of love lost
Pain is all I know, I've paid the cost
I know what it feels to be tossed
My heart hurts it's numb from the frost

And yet, I still believe in us
Even if I die, I want to express
That I will always long to hold you, my sweet caress
You don't have to guess, my heart is yours, I proudly
profess
