Every scene i replay from every twisted angle.
Through reconstructed memory i try to untangle.
Reading into a story which is so often told.
Looking for fresh ideas to slowly unfold.
Captured every moment and locked it in my mind.
To recall now the answers which i need to find.
The truth is knowledge i yearn to learn.
In order for the confusion to rest its burn.
Breaking memories alongside my heart.
Yet still i venture back to the start.
Decipher the meaning behind every word.
Ponder further on those that were unheard.
Explain the times of virginal silence.
Reason until it reverts to sense.
Making it right so i can breath once more.
Impossible dreams as i shall never be sure.
I'll spend my life caught in a web of my own.
As i find more ways that answers need to be shown.
An no one can prevent this woeful state.
To analyse all till the death is my fate.
Perhaps i enjoy decoding another.
Someone that i once knew as a lover.
A stranger whose now far away.
Though within me he shall always stay.
And i'll make him into what i need.
Selfish hunger for an unending greed.
For i need him to be the one i knew.
Otherwise all that i know cant be true.
So back to the beginning once more i stand.
Journey through the past without a helping hand.
Staring intensly at each contorted thought.
Lost in a spiral for what can not be sought.
