Someday I Feel Empty, by LostSoul Subscribe to rss feed for LostSoul

Someday I feel empty
Like a man with no direction
Trying to find a mission
But lives in a world of perfection

I can't be what you want
I can only be me
What can I do to make you see
I'm just a man longing to be
Someone worth mentioning
Someone longing to be free

But I feel trapped in my cage
While time takes my age
And my life is written on this page
Played out to all in center stage

How much can you wager?
How much is he worth?
Before he takes that fall
It's coming after all
The only question is when
Will he take that great big fall
And his back on the ground
Feeling so small
Fighting even if he has to crawl

This world is his playground
This world is his hell
He has no one to blame it on
Except for himself, he's gone

How much can you wager?
How much is he worth?

This world is his playground
This world is his hell
He has no one to blame it on
Except for himself, he's gone
