The Flower, by Disruptive Silence Subscribe to rss feed for Disruptive Silence

The little flower sits nice and still
plainly on your window sill
the rays of light
shine down boldly and bright
as the wind blows, the flower sways
and nature seems as if it is the wild wind screaming," It's
May!"
the flower's pink petals now begin to droop
and the other living things rush into groups
the time of the night has come
and the flower's day on the window sill is done
