A Sigh, by guitarchica Subscribe to rss feed for guitarchica

When I woke up this morning,
I rose from my bed and sighed,
A deep sigh that echoed in my empty room.
A sigh holding so much more than breath.

I walked to my window, and threw open the blinds.
The sun shone in, but I didn't see it.
Staring outside, eyes clouded with tears, I only sighed.
A deep sigh that echoed in my empty room.
A sigh holding so much more than breath.

You walked out on me, you turned your back.
You left me to fend for myself.
I sigh for my undying love for you
I sigh for my loss,
I sigh for you.

My sigh echoes through my empty room,
A sigh holding so much more than breath.
