The Window, by Life Has Meaning Subscribe to rss feed for Life Has Meaning

The rain falls through the gashing wound.
The dust inside the hole-soaked through.
The sunlight shining through the clouds,
my eyes burn as light stings them now.
I'd be amazed if understood,
but knowing that you never would,
I stare out through the rain and snow,
as it pours through the hole in the window.
