Like a somersault my soul rejoice.
Laughter is tickling my core.
I feel a movement growing inside me,
a tiny twinkle in my eye.

I turn around & see a face,
a mirror image of an old friend.
The eyes are there, but what happened to the rest?
The face has changed, it looks like Grans, in younger days.
I have to smile & see the truth.
It's me silly ! Look!, well look again.
It's true!
Bless my soul for not giving up.
Still feeling fresh & naive, no walls of anger,
no judgment of the illusions.
Illusions of flying high & diving deep,
turning in pirouettes, falling in love & out again.
Life is a magic carousel, round it turns in one way.
Full circle & I am there, at the end of the journey.
Please slow down! I scream to the Carousel man,
who drives it.
He has no ears, no eyes, no fears.
He speed up the motions.
Please, please! I beg.
My time is gone, if you continue with this madness.
Suddenly, there is a break, all falls into a quietness.

And there I am, at the end.
No return, no canceling.
