Photo In A White Frame, by Don't build lies on ice cubes. Subscribe to rss feed for Don't build lies on ice cubes.

Some nights I stare at the photo
Which is decorated by the white frame
And I sit there staring at your face
Wondering when you'll be home again

And I can't tell you that Im angry
Because I cannot cause a fight
But love, I am so very angry
That you let me sleep alone tonight

So I stare at the photo
And I pray inside my mind
Whilst looking at your smile
I hope in dreams its me you find

Because I am so very tired
Of being far away from you
When all you leave me with is a photo
A loving picture of us two

It doesn't keep me warm tonight
And my love it doesnt know how to hold me
It cannot whisper words of love
And it certainly doesnt console me

So love I need more than a simple photo
I beg you to come home
Please hear my prayer and find your way
So I don't have to be alone.
