That Night so Starry

That night so starry was not in tune.
He had known his last battle,
tumbled into a mysterious room,
now he no longer fears unknown,

Unreason without end.
Without death we cannot have life,
reason without end.
He was taken away in whispers;

Gobbling gossipers swarm the twitching curtains,
still children play under the sun,
which cloaks our scene of immense hurting,
let them play away from the stench.

The macabre hearse haunts the suburban frame,
It is wisely ignored by the people,
who have no wish to live the pain
that comes when death awakens, because

Life untouched must circle past,
those affected must find new reason,
and move away,
from the day,
his last breath,

stopped.
