Lonely, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

I float alone on an iceberg,
freezing from the
inside out.
My blue heart barely beats,
my blue eyes barely see.
There is no point in screaming,
there is no way of escape.
I just wait,
sinking slowly.
I just wait
by myself.
The lonliness
consumes me,
icicles on my 'lashes.
Hope and patience
sing the whales.
I float alone on an iceberg
and wait.
