New Weather (Poem), by YourEyesMyWords Subscribe to rss feed for YourEyesMyWords

As new weather changes,
the sky changes color.
New feelings arise,
in a blink of an eye.

First everything was calm,
and crystal clear.
Now the wind blows,
from left to right.

It starts to rain,
because I've grown new pain.
I can't handle what I'm feeling,
I deny it every time.

Then thunder scatters around,
I'm blind as you can tell.
But this can't last for long,
yet I cling to the floor on my hands and knees.

But then the sun seeks way,
and moves into the sky.
Suddenly it's warm,
and everything is perfect.

The flowers are blooming,
butterflies all over the place.
I twirl around in circles,
as someone grabs me from being my waist.

I can't help but laugh,
I'm starting to love what I am feeling.
My words slip through my mouth,
and onto the sky.
They land in you hand.
I saw you just blushed.

As new weather changes,
the sky changes color.
New feelings arise,
in a blink of an eye.

I like my life with you,
and I know you feel the same.
Yet you deny it every time,
but I am the same way.

New
   Feelings;

            New
               Weather...
