Can you imagine, by WittrR Subscribe to rss feed for WittrR

Can you imagine peanut butter without jelly,
	Ketchup without mustard,
	Salt without pepper and,
	Pancakes without syrup.

Can you imagine being so young and having so little food,
Being a kid with no one to play with,
        Growing up without parents and,
Being a child isolated from the world.

Can you imagine naps without class,
Fitting in without the latest trends,
        Life without rumors and,
	Junior high without crushes.

Can you imagine freshman without initiation,
	Schools without fights,
	Learning without teachers and,
	Classmates without friends.

Can you imagine Friday and Saturday nights without fun,
	Neighbors without friends,
Getting into trouble without your homeboys and,
	Graduation without memories.

Can you imagine classes without homework,
        Dorms without noise,
        College without parties and,
Finals week without cramming the night before.

Can you imagine government without control,
	Laws without consequences,
	Towns without jails and,
Life as we know it without violence.

Can you imagine living like there is no tomorrow,
	Death without sorrow,
Leaving this world with no one to love and,
Dying and realizing you have accomplished nothing here on
earth.
