Alienated, by Unintended Subscribe to rss feed for Unintended

He shoved her away
Like an unwanted vegetable
Disgust touching his eyes
Denial stroking his heart

The sturdy cradle broke
Devastating, mystifying
The blame he wouldn't own
Choosing to stay in his perfect world

He struggled with his new sight
Covering his eyes in annoyance
Preferring to live with the blind
Leaving the alien behind
