Broken Flowers, by Jonathan Corr Subscribe to rss feed for Jonathan Corr

Broken Flowers lay on the pebbled ground,
Discarded and unloved, left to rot until found.

When in their glory, they were displayed with pride,
But that was yesterday, now they're left aside.

Given no water, shunned from the sun,
Left to die, their life course has run.

Such is life, as it is for some,
Like Broken flowers, their time will come.
