"Her Only Love", by LoveLifeLen Subscribe to rss feed for LoveLifeLen

Alone... in the cold of the night...
her beaten soul silently cries...
in her bed where she always sits and lies...
in a quiet corner of her room she hides...

Eyes...are welling up with tears...
and trying hard to fight away her fears...
the pain so great, it hurts to breath...
with soundless sounds, there she grieves...

The agonizing pain...
crawling in... through her vein...
the wretching, heartsick, feeling...
is creeping into her brain...

Her sorrows embracing...
with its thorny wing...
and her whole being is wriggling...
with a painful, silent scream...

Her pain is blinding...
like blizzards storms in the evening...
Her grief is growing fast...
like stabbing her with a mast...

Her wounded heart is weeping blood...
her body aches with burning lust...
her mind is numb and yet she asked
her only Love must come at once...

The heart and soul of her very life...
the Man she loves more than her life...
please... come back and hold her tight...
before she bids goodbye to life...
