Oh, Beautiful Child: Page 13, by jwhwz

Oh, beautiful child;
We could fly away to an island full of trees;
But, we'd still use our manners!; we'd say, "Thank you", and
we'd say "Please."
Oh, beautiful child;
A mountain rests beneath the stars and moon;
And, as I carry you to the top, you can sing me your
favorite tune.
Oh, beautiful child;
I wonder who lives in you neighbor's cottage with the door
of blue;
Maybe in the morning, we can knock and meet somebody new.
We're like leaves on the branches;
Of our family tree; there will always be a place for you;
There will always be a place for me.
You are my little rainbow;
In the sky when the dark clouds part;
Oh, have I ever told you how much I love your art? |
