Oh, Beautiful Child, Page 25, Ending, by jwhwz Subscribe to rss feed for jwhwz

Oh, beautiful child
I watched you make
Your picture lined with blue,
And I just loved so much to see
How much your flower grew.

Oh, beautiful child,
The steps you took to make your morning glories
Will tell so many people
Such impressive stories.

Oh, beautiful child,
The skill with which
You created your other morning glories
Helps me to see how special you are
So, I shouldn't worry.

Even though you usually don't
Think much of a house of light;
Coming from your imagination,
This one feels just right.

You are a little girl who wishes
To climb a mountain
When she drops her coin
Into her water fountain.

One day, my child, all of your dreams
Will come true,
Because I very much believe in you.
You will always be inside me,
Because I need my inner child to guide me.
