When you feel down, listen to a riddle;
You may think it's so cute, you may feel a tickle in the
middle.

The riddle may make you smile;
For, it is written in an innocent style.

It goes, "Why did the bunny catch a fly?"
The answer is, "He thought it could carry him to the sky!"

I know that poem wasn't funny;
But, don't you like hearing about a cute, little bunny?

When you feel down, write out you thoughts;
You may have lots and lots and lots.

When you feel down, make some art;
About something that's close to your heart.

When you feel down, pet your dog or cat;
It will wag its tail or purr because it's happy about that.
