Confused Fawn, by jwhwz Subscribe to rss feed for jwhwz

This little fawn is confused;
For, she just recovered from when she snoozed.
Her eyes are so very sleepy;
And she is alone, so she's a little weepy.
She is just waking up;
And she doesn't drink coffee from a cup.
She's asking herself, "Where are Mommy and Daddy?"
Because being alone makes her batty.
She wakes up, looks around, and rubs her eyes;
Then takes a walk to find a surprise.
It is a birthday party just for her special day;
She doesn't know what to say.
Then she gets confused again;
For, she doesn't know the last time when;
She was ever so very happy;
And she knows she owes it all to her Mammy and Pappy!
Now she's straightened out her confusion;
It is no more an optical illusion.
She knows her parents remembered the day she turned five;
She's so happy that she is alive!
