Valkyrie woman, by devin72586 Subscribe to rss feed for devin72586

Your in my dreams every night
i taste your lips and hold you tight
your hair is like a wildfire
burning out of control
what i'd give to see you in the light
i'd make a trade with the devil
but i could never part with my soul
i once said i'd always love you
that part still remains true
i am lost and confused
i don't know what to do
i never even said goodbye
i never should have spoke those lies

I fall back to sleep to meet my valkyrie woman
i fall back to sleep to hold her in my arms
its the only place i can still see her face
then the sunlight slowly takes her away
i keep my eyes shut tight
pray that i'll see her again tonight

I will always be here waiting
in my head pictures of you i am painting
to see her smile i would walk a thousand miles
i fall back to sleep once more
to see her walking through a door
she approaches me slowly wearing a crimson red dress
she grabs my hands and says "this i must confess
this is the last time you'll ever see me
its time you had your rest"
her hair burns like wildfire setting me ablaze
i held her close
looked into her eyes
then watched her slowly fade
