ted, by eleanor maslen Subscribe to rss feed for eleanor maslen

I remember that face you used to pull
when i wanted to stay home, never school.

id beg and beg to stay home with you
but a good father you were, i know dad its true.

I remember one day i cried so hard,
didnt want to leave you, my dad, my guard.

But you made me go, through all the tears
i'll never forget dad, over the years.

When school was over i pushed and ran
just to see you to hold your hand.

I jupmed in the car and bulcked up good,
turned to my right and there the giant teddy stood.

My eyes grew wide at this prefect end.
im sorry you left, my only friend.
