I feel like I've been stuck
between a rock and a hard place.
But I did it to myself didn't I?
I cant even stand to look him in the face.
How could I be so dumb to fall for his lies.

He's so quick to judge.
The temper, his anger
Its not the guy I first met
Now he's a complete stranger.

And I'm looking him in the eyes
I can't go forward any more
Today's the day it stops
A relationship shouldn't feel like a chore.

I walk
With my head held high
I smile
Because I know I'll be alright.
