Come and Lay Aside Me Lass, by Leslie Thomson Subscribe to rss feed for Leslie Thomson

(For Sheila)

Come and lay aside me lass,
And haud yer bodie close tae mine.
Wrap your limbs aboot me,
Wi’ oor flesh baith entwined.

Kiss me lang and kiss me deep,
As wi’in ma airms ye rest,
Feel the fullness o’ yir bonny briest,
Pressed fu’ against ma chest.

Lost in fire o’ passion,
In the place we lang tae be.
Feel me ardent for ye,
As I feel ye hot for me.

Oot o’ thon we ken we need,
Then open for me wide,
Yer legs wrapped aroond tae draw me in,
And feel me throb inside.

Sharing in thon intimate wey,
A luve that canna be undone;
Thrusting and locked thigether,
As oor flesh becomes as wan.

Mair urgent, harder, deeper,
Fulfilling oor mutual desire,
Until we baith come at wance,
Wi’oor bodies set oan fire.

Then lying efterwards in oor airms,
We hear each ithers herts beat;
Whispering soft and gentle words,
Oor luve at last complete.
